In a busy place like Penticton in the summer it is wise to leave our
cars in a safe place to avoid the vandals, prowlers, B & E artists,
and that ilk. It has been arranged for those of us who have paid for
camping for two nights at the campground we are staying at in Penticton,
Waterworld R.V. and Campground, to park for free in their lot for
the nine day duration of our bicycle tour at no extra charge.
This is a very gracious move on their part to allow us to do this
so it would be very courteous of the EVCC KVR participants to
thank them for this gesture. Spending some extra money there, such
as for an afternoon at their adjacent water slide, would be appreciated.
